Custom Decor Order

 Agreement to Terms
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Custom Order Policy & Payment Terms:

Custom decor orders start at $150 plus shipping with a $75 non refundable deposit to start the concept/design process, and securing materials. 

Your $75 deposit goes towards the total cost of the work.

This custom order is for boxes, journals, or any other decor. Most pieces can be completed for $150. However, the final price is dependent upon cost of materials and time, and will be discussed during the design process. If your budget is strictly set, I will work with you and stay within your budget.

For custom jewelry please use the contact form to contact me with your design ideas and an approximate budget. 

Once an agreement is met on a design concept I will start working on the order. I am currently working with a 6-9 week turnaround time.

Final payment is due within two weeks of completion. 

Payment Structure:

     Deposit $75

     Remaining payment $75

     Additional cost $$$

     Shipping cost $10-$30 in most cases (cost is determined by packaging, weight, distance and shipping speed)

All payments will be made on this listing until paid in full and can be accessed on my website.

Discount's are excluded from custom orders. A discount code will work due to not being able to turn them off for custom orders. If one is used, any discounted amount will still be due to satisfy order requirements.

Product and Inspiration photos will be uploaded to this listing.
Once the project is paid in full, the listing will move to an accessible archive in the site where all my previous work can be viewed. 

If commissioned piece is not paid for within 2 weeks of completion, piece is forfeited and can be sold as is or altered for resale.

If the design/concept changes after work has started a $50 design fee will be applied. 

This policy ensures commitment from both parties and compensates for time, materials, and labor.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be canceled or returned after production begins.

 Approval & Revisions
• Customers will be given updates during design process (if applicable) before completion.
• Minor revisions may be allowed, but excessive changes may result in additional fees.

Finished product will be shown to you upon completion

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

I own the rights to all designs and may recreate them.
