Custom Order For Codi Elise

Completion date by November 10th 2025

Black handheld mirror with dark fae aesthetic.  Lots of black, gray and minimal color in dark shades of green purple and blue. I am envisioning this piece to have a mat/satin finish low gloss except in the areas to enhance color. Glass will be black. (silver mirror is an option for $50, this covers cutting the cutting the template and materials)

Please advise if any additions or alterations need to be made to this design concept.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Custom Order Policy & Payment Terms:

Customs start at $300 with a $150 non refundable deposit to start the concept and design process, securing materials. 

Your $150 deposit goes towards the total cost of the work.

Once we agree on a design concept I will start working on the mirror. I am currently working with a 6-9 week turnaround time.

Most custom work will be completed within the $300 budget, unless additional materials are needed or changes are made to the design. I will let you know before hand if there will be any additional charges (this is rare, but occasionally happens).

Final payment is due within two weeks of completion. 

Payment Structure:

     Deposit $150

     Remaining payment $150

     Additional cost $$$

     Shipping cost $15-$100 (cost is determined by weight, distance and shipping speed)

All payments will be made on this listing until paid in full and can be accessed on my website.

Product and Inspiration photos will be uploaded to this listing. Once the project is paid in full, the listing will move to an accessible archive where all my previous work can be viewed. 

If commissioned piece is not paid for within 2 weeks of completion, piece is forfeited and can be sold as is or altered for resale.

If the design/concept changes after work has started a $50 design fee will be applied. 

This policy ensures commitment from both parties and compensates for time, materials, and labor.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be canceled or returned after production begins.

 Approval & Revisions
• Customers will be given updates during design process (if applicable) before completion.
• Minor revisions may be allowed, but excessive changes may result in additional fees.

Finished product will be shown to you upon completion

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

I own the rights to all designs and may recreate them
